Ann’s Fabrics Sewing Machine Center has an outstanding service and repair department. We are proud to offer services on all brands of sewing machines, embroidery machines and sergers. Our technicians have over 65 years experience in the sewing machine industry. They are authorized factory trained technicians of BERNINA, BABY LOCK, HUSQVARNA/VIKING, JANOME and HAPPY sewing and embroidery machines.

Please bring your machine, electrical cord, foot pedal, pressure foot, bobbin case and bobbin in with your machine for service. We will take what we need to properly repair your machine and send home anything we do not need
Please do not bring in extra accessories, manuals, threads or notions not necessary for completing repairs or maintenance. We will check in your machine and record the serial number of your machine prior to repair and call you as soon as it is complete and ready to be picked up. If your machine needs additional parts, a technician will contact you with an estimate. The service time may be longer if parts are required.

Pricing varies with machine model and time of last service. Please bring in your machine for an estimate.

Please join us in welcoming our new technician Sergio to the Ann’s Fabrics Sewing Machine Center family. Sergio has over 40 years experience working with
sewing and embroidery machines, both nationally and internationally.
He also has a vast knowledge of embroidery software.

Ann's is pleased to be the only sewing store in the area with two extremely experienced full-time technicians. Andy and Sergio will be working together to get your machine in tip-top shape as soon as possible.

In addition to his love of the sewing industry, Sergio loves to travel. He has been to many countries and speaks three languages. We are very excited about all that Sergio has to offer us. Say hello to him the next time you are at Ann’s.
