       We repair any make and model sewing machine, new or old.
Bring your Baby Lock, Bernina, Janome, Elna, Pfaff, Viking, Singer, Necchi, Brother, Kenmore, Juki here if you’re having a machine problem or just need a basic cleaning and service. Our authorized trained technicians are second to none. We preform minor adjustments, minor cleaning, and full service overhauls to keep you sewing. Service on extra -large multi needle embroidery machines too. Opened Tuesday thru Saturday you are welcome to drop off your repair anytime, no appointment needed. When you drop off your machine a member of the sales staff will discuss the cost of the service with you. Depending on the complexity of your sewing machine and the extent of the service required to calibrate your sewing machine, labor costs do vary. Prices quoted for service reflects labor only, and do not include parts, which are additional charge. While we pride our self in training our sales staff on repairs, they can not determine whether additional fees or parts are required externally, this needs to be determined internally by our repair technician. All repairs are warranted for 90 days. Please sew with your sewing machine prior to 90 day warranty period. You can rest assured that your prized possession will be handled with the utmost care.

When you come in for service one of our sales staff may refer to your service as a COA. A COA is the sewing machine industry standard term for cleaning, oiling and adjusting a sewing machine. A normal COA includes the following: Clean internal mechanisms, lubricate all points internally, recalibrate and balance tensions, check and adjust motor belts, retime hook, retime feed, rest needle/hook relationship, rest feed height, reset feed stroke, check zigzag pendulum swing, service bobbin winder assembly, reset race clearances, inspect and polish needle plate and hook, check and balance forward and reverse feed, check buttonhole.
